At AuraEdge Nutrition, we are committed to providing you with fast, reliable shipping and flexible subscription options for all your nutritional supplement needs. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery times, costs, and subscription services.
Shipping Information
Processing Time
All AuraEdge Nutrition orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the time your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Geographic Coverage
Currently, AuraEdge Nutrition ships exclusively within the United States, including:
- All 50 states
- Washington D.C.
- U.S. military APO/FPO addresses
We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders placed with international billing or shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
Order Tracking
Once your AuraEdge Nutrition order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
Subscription Policy
AuraEdge Nutrition offers a monthly subscription option for select products.
Customers who choose to subscribe will be billed on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
Billing Cycle
Subscription billing occurs on a monthly basis. Your payment method will be charged 1-2 days before your order ships. The billing date is calculated from your initial subscription order date.
Subscription Management
You have complete control over your AuraEdge Nutrition subscriptions:
Modifications
You may modify your subscription at any time by:
- Changing product quantities
- Adding or removing products
- Updating shipping or billing information
- Pausing your subscription for up to 3 months
Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to take effect.
Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your AuraEdge Nutrition subscription at any time without penalty or cancellation fees. To cancel:

Cancellations must be processed at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for future shipments, but you remain responsible for any orders already processed.
Shipping Issues & Damaged Products
Undelivered Packages
If your AuraEdge Nutrition package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look around your property for packages left in secure locations
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Wait 24-48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
If your package remains missing after 48 hours, contact us at contact@auraedgenutrition.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged or defective AuraEdge Nutrition products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Holiday & Weather Delays
During peak holiday seasons and severe weather events, shipping carriers may experience delays. AuraEdge Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, but we will work with you to track your order and provide updates when possible.
