Return Eligibility


To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:


Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Products may be opened or unopened

Products must not be expired

Products must be returned in the original packaging (including any included components)

Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided


Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned:


Products past their expiration date

Custom or personalized products

Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Digital products or gift cards


Return Process


To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and reason for return

Receive return authorization and shipping instructions (Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility)

Package items securely in original packaging

Ship items to the address provided by our customer service team

Request a Refund


Refund Policy


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Approved Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent


Partial Refunds


Partial refunds may be granted for:


Items not in original condition or damaged by customer

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Items missing original packaging or accessories


Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To exchange a defective or damaged item:


Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide photos of the damaged or defective product

We will provide a prepaid return label

Replacement items will be sent upon receipt of the returned product

 

Processing Time


AuraEdge Nutrition processes all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Policy

 

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

 

Shipping Coverage


AuraEdge Nutrition currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii.

Subscription Policy


AuraEdge Nutrition offers a monthly subscription option for select products. Customers who choose to subscribe will be billed on a recurring monthly basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

Subscription options and details will be presented on the product page, where applicable.

Damaged or Defective Products


If you receive a damaged or defective product from AuraEdge Nutrition:

Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will provide a full refund or replacement at no charge

Return shipping will be covered by AuraEdge Nutrition

Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe:


First check with your bank or credit card company

Contact your bank as processing times may vary

Gift Cards and Store Credit

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable

Store credit may be issued at our discretion for certain returns

Store credit expires 12 months from issue date

Gift cards do not expire and have no associated fees


Force Majeure


AuraEdge Nutrition is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, labor disputes, or government actions.

AuraEdge Nutrition reserves the right to update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
